Metallica Concert Parking

Metallica is coming to Blacksburg on Wednesday, May 7 as part of the band’s M72 World Tour!

Here at Smithfield, we offer spots for the concert and you can get one. When you reserve a parking spot for a game in our lot, that spot is available to you from three hours prior to the concert start time through midnight. Staff will be on-site 3 hours before show starts. If you arrive to tailgate before staff is on site, please make sure to find a staff member so you can pick up your parking pass. The cost of a spot is $50.

*** If the lot is sold out, no need to worry! We offer day-of overflow parking. We have limited spots, so they are first-come, first-served. These spots cannot be reserved ahead of time, due to the fact that the usage of the overflow lot is dependent on weather. The lot can get swampy in rainy conditions, and we don’t want any guests to get stuck on the night of the event.***

CAUTION: The spots at the top of the map by the split rail fence (spots 23-38) are below black walnut trees. These walnuts may fall on your vehicle if parked in these spots. We are not liable for any damages that may occur should you park here.
